Submitted and accepted full paper will be published into the conference proceedings, be invited to give the oral presentation, register after you receive the acceptance letter, details listed in the acceptance letter. Abstract will be included in program but will not published in conference proceedings. Register after you receive the acceptance letter and more details list in the acceptance letter.

Registration Files needed to submit:


1. Revise and format your paper (MS-WORD and PDF). If your paper is formatted using LaTeX, kindly provide the source code in zip format.
2. If your article includes multiple authors, please indicate the corresponding author using an asterisk (*).
3. Scan the Student Card (if applicable) in jpg format.

Note


1. One regular registration can cover a paper with 8-10 pages, including all figures, tables, and references (over 10 pages extra-charge 50 U.S. Dollars per page needs to be paid).
2. Each registration covers only the publication of one paper and entitles only one author to attend the conference, if co-authors or accompanying persons want to attend the conference, it's suggested they register as listeners.
3. Only one paper can be included into the journal by paying one registration fee; you can pay Extra Paper Charges 380 U.S. Dollars for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration.
4. The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.
5. The conference papers will be submitted for publication on time, and the publishing press will submit the proceedings to major database, such as EI Compendex, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and other databases. Since the database has the right to selected for inclusion in the engineering database, so we can not make any guarantee for any index. Please consider clearly before registering.

If attendees wish to cancel their conference registration and seek a refund for personal reasons, the following policy regarding refunds will be applied:
1. Cancellation made 60 days prior to the conference date, 100% of the payment will be refunded. (Bank/transaction fee charged by the third party will not applied)
2. If cancellation is initiated at least 30 days prior to the conference date, a refund equivalent to 50% of the payment made will be issued.
3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the conference start date.
4. All no shows will not be eligible for refunds.
Requests for cancellation and refund must be submitted via email. It should be noted that the organizing committee cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, campus conditions, travel disruptions, visa issues, or health-related concerns.
